Plastic and Glass Laminated Display Windows

Fully laminated display windows are designed to provide enhanced protection, optical performance, and durability for electronic displays. These windows are manufactured by bonding two outer layers of glass or plastic together using a clear optical interlayer. This construction helps improve the overall strength of the display window while maintaining excellent optical clarity and visibility.

Micro-fine meshes and coloured optical films can also be incorporated into the laminated construction to provide enhanced contrast, improved display readability, and additional functional performance. For applications requiring electromagnetic shielding, micro-fine mesh can be incorporated at a 90° angle.

Non-shielded laminated display windows can be manufactured up to 2000mm x 1500mm, while shielded versions can be produced up to 1900mm x 900mm.

For shielded display windows, Keyflex offers a range of edge termination options, including flying lead mesh, as well as conductive and adhesive gaskets. These options help provide reliable shielding performance while supporting secure installation and integration into the finished product.
